Venice Modern

A simple 1940's bungalow was remodeled to include a modern studio and open floor plan. A young family requested privacy from the busy adjacent street to enjoy leaving the doors open and inviting the nature in. A small Japanese inspired garden at the entry with no mow lawn leads to side gardens with weeping Mexican bamboo and a backyard with a raised pier to walk through a naturalistic, wild habitat garden.
