A beautiful, award-winning garden by Susan Van Atta graces the coastal townhouses of Villa del Mar in the Funk Zone. After twenty years the garden has evolved and the climate has changed. A slow, thoughtful renovation brings in some original plantings like Ceanothus Concha and brings in more climate appropriate plantings that harmonize with the elegant original palette that blended the beautiful greys and blues of the Mediterranean palette with moments of color.
